Visiting a new hair professional can be scary, I get that. I want to make your time with me as relaxing and tranquil as possible.
On this page I have outlined what to expect from me as your professional and the procedures I have in place to keep us all safe during these times.
As I am a close contact service, following the scientist recommendations, Masks remain a requirement to be worn by both guests and myself for the entirety of your visit to my hair spa. This is in a move to continue to keep you and myself as safe as possible as we transition into the next stage in the ongoing pandemic.

PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES
Please let me know when you arrive and remain in your car until you are invited in. I will greet you at the door with your mask ready and sterilised in the UV pod for you. Please wear the mask provided for the duration of your visit. You may wish to put this over the top of your own mask or in replacement of. On entry, please wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitiser. I will be wearing a mask throughout your service too. |
AS USUAL, I WILL CONTINUE TO
Wear disposable gloves when servicing salon guests. Provide a new and clean cape/robe for each guest. Wash my hands with warm, soapy water, for a minimum of 20 seconds between every client service. Disinfecting surfaces, tools and linens Use disinfectants that are EPA-registered. Provide hand sanitiser and washing facilities to use as often as you like. |
RECEPTION AREA
Please use non-contact payment where possible: Apple & Google pay, bank transfers, over the phone payment prior to your visit, or through my booking system Please do not bring cash. This will no longer be accepted. Please do not touch any products you do not plan on purchasing. If you are wearing a jacket, please place this in a bag that you have brought with you. |
SOCIAL DISTANCING
I operate a single-guest service. You have my undivided attention. Between bookings I have allocated a period to fully disinfect areas inc the floor, chairs, backwash, units, tools and reception area. Please do not bring any extra people to your appointment. I accept guests strictly by appointment-only. Please stay in your car until you are invited in to ensure full sanitisation of my suite before you enter. |
